Docklands makes the production necessary for the other two possible, so it’s the most “complete package” as far as DLC go. High life is the biggest challenge you can get in 1800 outside of the scenarios and wouldn’t really recommend it be installed from the get-go. They are extremely worth it (particularly the ones that add a new map to play on): Land of Lions - adds Enbessa. Sunken Treasures - adds Cape Trelawney (massive city potential) The Passage - adds an Artic map and airships. Highlife - adds skyscrapers, investors and engineers. For Anno, it's more like 25ct/hour, really. And I expect the same level of detailing and the same love in that DLC as all the others and the base game. So, for me, it's totally worth the full price.
